Your website needs
an address and a home.
To put your finished website online, you need a domain and hosting. Here is what each one does.
- Domain: your website address
- The name people type to visit your website, such as yourbusiness.com. You register it in your own account and renew it to keep using it.
- Hosting: a place for your website files
- A service that stores your website files and makes them available to visitors. Buying a domain alone does not put a website online.
You choose and pay your providers directly. Domain and hosting renewals are separate from our one-time price. If you already have a domain and compatible hosting, you can use them.

Confirm that your intended hosting plan accepts our files before ordering your website. You can then buy your domain and hosting while we prepare your page.
- Arrange your domain and hosting
Register your chosen address and buy compatible hosting. They can come from the same company or different companies. Check renewal prices as well as introductory offers.
- Connect your website address
Follow your hosting company's setup instructions or ask its support team for help. If you already use the domain for email, ask how to keep that email working.
- Upload your finished files
After you approve your website, download your files and follow the publishing guide for your host. You handle the upload; no website coding is needed.
Ask your host:
“Can I upload my own index.html, CSS, and images into my domain’s website folder using a file manager or file transfer?”
Your plan must accept ordinary HTML, CSS, and image files. Some website-builder plans cannot accept a finished website made elsewhere. Confirm this before buying a plan.
Your package includes publishing guides for these choices. You are free to use any compatible provider.

What do I receive?
The $399 package includes a completed one-page website personalized for your business, delivered as HTML, CSS, and image files. It includes your agreed content, one round of corrections, an upload-ready ZIP, and publishing guides. Additional pages are available separately. Your files form a standalone website, not a WordPress theme or an import into a website builder.
Can customers contact me or book appointments?
Yes. We can add a Call button with your phone number and an Email button with your email address. If you already take appointments through an online booking page, we can add a Book now button that opens it. Call and Email buttons open the visitor's calling or email app. Building a new appointment-booking system or an online form that sends messages is not included.
Can I use my own logo and photographs?
Yes. We ask you to confirm that you own them or have permission for website use, including any required permission from identifiable people. This protects your business from publishing photographs you may not be allowed to use. If suitable permitted photographs are unavailable, we use appropriate AI-generated photographs. Generated images are illustrative and are not presented as photographs of your actual team, premises, customers, or completed work.
What if I already received a personalized preview?
Use the ordering link supplied with your preview. Check the business name and version shown at checkout. Your order stays connected to that preview and its correct website files. After payment, confirm the details and supply anything still needed through your private project page.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. One round of corrections is included. Share your requests in your private project page, where we agree the complete list and timing with you. That list can include adding a section to your page; there is no separate section fee. A later correction round costs $49 before applicable tax. We correct our own mistakes at no extra charge.
Can my website have more than one page?
Yes. Add pages such as About, Services, or Contact for $49 each before applicable tax, up to five pages total. The added pages use your website’s existing design and shared navigation. One correction round covers the pages in that agreement. Request them in your private project page; we confirm the content, total price, and delivery date before you pay for them.
How long does it take?
If we are building your website from scratch, we send you the first version to look over within five business days. This starts after payment, once we have your business details, have checked permission to use any supplied images, and have agreed what the page will include. If we already made a personalized preview for you, allow two business days instead, after payment, confirmation of its details, and receipt of anything missing. If you ask for changes, we agree on what to change and complete that work within three business days. After you approve the finished website, we send your website files and publishing instructions within one business day. We give you the actual dates in your private project page. Time spent waiting for your replies is not included. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays, using Mountain Time.
How will I receive the website files?
After you approve the website and we finish our checks, your private project page provides your own website package and publishing guides. The download is available for 90 days after delivery with no download-count limit. Save a backup on your computer. Upload only the website files to your host; keep the outer package and order records private.
Can I keep and edit my website?
Yes. You may publish, back up, use, and edit the delivered files indefinitely for the business named in your order, and give them to your host or a contractor working on that website. Save a backup while your private download is available. Permission to build your website does not give us permission to use your business content or photographs in our marketing; that requires separate permission.
What are the refund terms?
Because your website is personalized, cancellation after work begins is reviewed individually. If you cancel before personalized work begins, we refund the amount you paid. We also offer a full refund if we cannot deliver the agreed website, cannot agree a revised date after missing a confirmed due date, or cannot fix a material defect in the files within five business days of your clear report. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right or you need to cancel after work has begun, contact support@bizstartpro.com with your order number. We consider those requests fairly and may refund after work has started or delivery is complete. Please report problems promptly so we can help. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Domain and hosting purchases follow your providers’ terms.
