These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using BizStartPro.com and purchasing digital products from the site. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
Digital products
BizStartPro sells downloadable guides, templates, workbooks, calculators, and companion files. Digital products are delivered through WooCommerce after purchase. You are responsible for saving your downloads and contacting support if a download link does not work.
Educational use only
BizStartPro content is general educational information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, environmental, safety, chemical, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying local requirements and consulting qualified professionals before acting.
License
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for your own planning, learning, or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or package the files as your own product.
Templates and editable files
Editable templates may require third-party software such as Photoshop or a PSD-compatible editor. Product pages describe the intended format, but you are responsible for confirming that you have the software needed to open or edit a file before purchase.
Refunds and downloads
Refunds and download access are governed by the Refund and Download Policy. If a file is missing, corrupted, or inaccessible, contact support through the Contact Us page so the issue can be corrected.
No income promises
BizStartPro does not promise business results, revenue, profit, rankings, traffic, approvals, licenses, or customer acquisition. Outcomes depend on your market, execution, capital, local rules, competition, and many other factors outside the site’s control.
Site changes
Products, pricing, descriptions, downloads, and site content may change over time. We try to keep product pages accurate, but mistakes can happen. If something appears inconsistent, contact support before purchasing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizStartPro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site or products.
Custom One-Page Business Website: your file rights
These terms apply to Custom One-Page Business Website and its separately agreed additional pages and correction rounds. They replace any conflicting publishing or file-sharing restriction in our general digital-content license.
Your purchase includes permission to publish, use, back up, and edit your delivered website for the business named in your order, including after the private download link expires. You may give the files to your host or a contractor working on that business’s website. You may not resell or distribute the package as a template or as websites for other businesses.
You retain your rights in the material you supply. BizStartPro may reuse general code, layout techniques, and components that are not specific to your business. We do not reuse your private business content, logo, or photographs for other customers or marketing without separate permission.
Any third-party assets retain their stated license terms, which accompany the delivery. Generated imagery is illustrative; exclusive ownership of AI-generated material is not promised. The corrections and delivery remedies stated for this service continue to apply.
Your domain and compatible hosting are separate purchases. You manage the domain, hosting, connection, and publication. Your host must accept ordinary HTML, CSS, and image files. We provide the website files and publishing instructions.
