Refund and Download Policy

BizStartPro sells digital downloads, including business guides, workbooks, templates, and related digital resources. This policy explains how refunds and download access work.
30-day refund policy
If your purchase is not what you expected, contact us within 30 days of purchase and request a refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Send refund requests to support@bizstartpro.com or through the contact page.
- Please include the order number or the email address used at checkout so we can find your order.
- We may ask what went wrong so we can improve the product, but you do not need to return a physical item because these are digital downloads.
- Repeated, fraudulent, or abusive refund requests may be declined.
Broken or missing downloads
If a download link does not work, the file is missing, or you purchased with the wrong email address, contact us and we will help restore access or send a replacement link.
Download access
Digital products are delivered after purchase through the order confirmation page, order email, and customer account area when available. Some products include both a full-quality file and a smaller file for faster downloading or easier mobile viewing.
Digital file note
Because these products are digital, downloaded files cannot be physically returned. If a refund is issued, please delete the downloaded files and do not continue using, sharing, reselling, or redistributing them.

Custom One-Page Business Website: delivery, changes, and refunds
This service is personalized work. These terms apply to your website and separately agreed additional pages and correction rounds, and replace the general 30-day digital-download delivery and refund terms elsewhere on this page for this service.
What happens after payment
Payment opens your private project. If you received a personalized preview, your order stays connected to that business and version. Otherwise, your private form collects the details needed to create your page. We prepare the website, ask you to review it, and deliver your files after your approval and our final checks.
After payment, complete information, image-permission checks, and agreement on the page, we send the first website for review within five business days. If your personalized preview is already prepared and you have confirmed the information and scope, we send it for review within two business days. We complete agreed corrections within three business days and deliver final files within one business day after your approval. These are maximum waiting times; we send completed work sooner when possible. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
We confirm the dates in your private project. If information, permission, or your approval is missing, we explain what we need and confirm the next date with you. Silence does not approve a website or remove an unused included correction round.
Included changes and optional additions
One correction round is included for the agreed page. We agree the list of changes and timing with you before starting. Adding a section to the existing page can be part of that round, without a separate section fee. Our own errors and unfinished agreed work are corrected free.
An additional correction round costs $49 before applicable tax. Additional simple pages in the same design cost $49 each, up to five pages total. Each additional-page agreement includes shared navigation and one correction round covering those added pages. We send the first version of agreed additional pages within three business days after payment and complete information. We agree the scope and total before you pay for extra work.
Hosting, domain connection, publishing for you, ongoing maintenance, unlimited revisions, online shops, and new booking or contact-form systems are outside this service. We can link to booking or enquiry services you already use.
If you need to cancel or something is wrong
Because your website is personalized, cancellation after work begins is reviewed individually. If you cancel before personalized work begins, we refund the amount you paid. We also offer a full refund if we cannot deliver the agreed website, cannot agree a revised date after missing a confirmed due date, or cannot fix a material defect in the files within five business days of your clear report.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right or you need to cancel after work has begun, contact support@bizstartpro.com with your order number. We consider those requests fairly and may refund after work has started or delivery is complete. Please report problems promptly so we can help. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Domain and hosting purchases follow your providers’ terms.
Your final files
Your private final download remains available for 90 days after delivery, without a download-count limit. Save a backup. You receive only your own website package, including guides for Hostinger Web Hosting, Namecheap Shared Hosting, HostGator Web Hosting, and another compatible host. You remain free to choose your provider.
Your permission to use the delivered files for your business continues after the download expires. If a refund cancels the website purchase, we confirm what happens to the files and permission to use them as part of that resolution. Your rights in material you supplied remain yours.
