Refund and Download Policy

BizStartPro sells digital downloads, including business guides, workbooks, templates, and related digital resources. This policy explains how refunds and download access work.

30-day refund policy

If your purchase is not what you expected, contact us within 30 days of purchase and request a refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

  • Send refund requests to support@bizstartpro.com or through the contact page.
  • Please include the order number or the email address used at checkout so we can find your order.
  • We may ask what went wrong so we can improve the product, but you do not need to return a physical item because these are digital downloads.
  • Repeated, fraudulent, or abusive refund requests may be declined.

Broken or missing downloads

If a download link does not work, the file is missing, or you purchased with the wrong email address, contact us and we will help restore access or send a replacement link.

Download access

Digital products are delivered after purchase through the order confirmation page, order email, and customer account area when available. Some products include both a full-quality file and a smaller file for faster downloading or easier mobile viewing.

Digital file note

Because these products are digital, downloaded files cannot be physically returned. If a refund is issued, please delete the downloaded files and do not continue using, sharing, reselling, or redistributing them.
